The Manufacturing Team Member Level I must ensure understanding of all work instructions and can fulfill all job requirements by performing the following:\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\nRuns parts through various wet chemistry tanks per specified process steps.\nReports any discrepancy to the designated Production Supervisor and QC Inspector.\nVerifies paperwork is accurate and previous process steps are completed before anodizing.\nEnsures the transposed job number (tape label ID) is accurate and attached the corresponding rack(s).\nKeeps accurate records of tank line reference information, which includes temperature, amps, volts, comments, and date/initials.\nVerify all pre-anodize, anodize, and post steps are performed in good standing, including all required double rinse steps preceding each step in the operation.\nInspects each run step-by-step for visual imperfections, color variations, non-uniformities, and irregularities.\nReports all masking integrity, uniform chromate, and coating thickness deviations prior to sealing the parts.\nVerifies parts for any discrepancies and piece counts prior to authorizing the release of the rack from the line, upon load completion.\nMaintains a safe, clean, and organized workspace.\nTake part in all required training sessions related but not limited to Quality Assurance, Lean Manufacturing Process, and EHS programs.\nParticipate in periodic testing and performance evaluations.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Education: High school diploma or GED\nMinimum Experience: N/A\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills:\nWorks cohesively with co-workers.\nBasic oral and written communication skills.\nDemonstrates initiative.\nOrganizational skills.\nStrong math aptitude.\nLegible paperwork and accurate counts.\nTime management skills.\n Specialized Knowledge: N/A\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
