Qualification up to degree standard preferred.\n\nMinimum Experience:\n\n6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred.\n\nSome leadership experience.\n\nPrior ERP or warehouse management system experience (Oracle preferred).\n\nKnowledge & Skills:\nSpecial Skills:\n\nExcellent computer skills including Excel.\n\nDemonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical capacity.\n\nShows demonstrable skills with all equipment related to the department operations.\n\nAbility to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.\n\nFlexible, resilient, and comfortable working in areas that are constantly changing.\n\nAbility to successfully communicate, interact and cooperate with diverse groups inside and outside the department, handle multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.\n\nSpecialized Knowledge:\n\nFamiliar with production procedures, cycle counts and wall- to-wall Inventory knowledge.\n\nHas thorough knowledge of procedures, work methods, and set-ups within the department.\n\nKnowledge of ERP system desired.\n\nPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.\n\nAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.\n\nMust be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud\n\nPay Range: $22.60 - $33.15\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
