Deliver a SysML architecture for naval power systems that serves as the authoritative source of truth for requirements traceability, interface definitions, and design margins across the program. \nAdvance SE applications for naval ship design and acquisition. Identify and prototype systems engineering methods (e.g., model-based requirements management, digital thread integration, trade space analysis) that improve design quality and acquisition decision-making across the naval ship design lifecycle, from concept development through contract award. \nAccelerate the SE workflow. Build and deploy SE tooling and automation that demonstrably reduce design-decision cycle time (e.g., trade study turnaround, requirements change impact analysis), with measurable before/after benchmarks. \nEnable warfighting design-space exploration.
