The Junior PM will work closely with engineering managers, researchers, university partners, and government sponsors to ensure smooth program execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of technical and administrative requirements.\nThis role is ideal for an emerging program leader who is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and eager to grow into larger program responsibilities. The Junior PM will support scheduling, milestone tracking, reporting, coordination across distributed research teams, and preparation of sponsor deliverables. The role also contributes to early business development activities through proposal coordination, gathering inputs, and supporting capture efforts under direction of senior staff.\nWhat you'll do\nSupportday-to-dayexecution of cyber-physical research programs across Baton Rouge, Tallahassee, and Columbia, ensuring timely task completion and alignment with technical goals. \nCoordinate multiple sitecollaboration between engineering teams, university partners, and government sponsors, ensuring information flow, document sharing, and meeting continuity. \nAssistwith schedule and milestone tracking, maintaining program calendars, monitoring task progress, and flagging issues or delays to senior leadership. \nPrepare documentation and deliverables, including monthly and quarterly reports, technical summaries, meeting notes, and sponsor requested materials. \nOrganize program reviews, sprint meetings, workshops, andtechnical exchangesacross multiple sites, coordinating logistics and preparing briefing materials. \nSupport proposal and capture activities, including gathering technical inputs, organizing proposal artifacts, maintaining version control, and helping track sponsor requirements. \nHelpmaintainproject documentation systemsto support Knowledge Management, including SharePoint repositories, configuration control, and compliance tracking for assigned programs. \nProvide general administrative support to engineering leadership, including travel coordination, budget tracking support, resourcing, and invoice review. \nRequired Qualifications\nU.S. Citizen with ability to obtain andmaintaina DoD Secret clearance.\nBachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in technical project coordination, technical program support, or engineering operations.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks across distributed teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of materials for the sponsor.\nProficiency with project management tools (Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Project and Planner).\nComfortable working in fast paced technical R&D environments with evolving requirements.\nAbility to travel occasionally between Baton Rouge, Tallahassee, and Columbia.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting R&D or engineering programs.\nFamiliarity with DoD research workflows, sponsor reporting, or proposal processes.\nEarly career experience working with university partners or external research organizations.\nBasic understanding of cybersecurity or cyber-physical systems concepts (not required, but helpful).\nInterest in helping build a large cyber sector for Integer Technologies.\nUnderstands how to use AI and
