You will build knowledge of company processes and customers, solve a range of straightforward problems, and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. You will receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.\nYour role requires expanded conceptual knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and broadens your capabilities. You will understand key business drivers within your function and provide informal guidance to team members. You will analyze innovative solutions to solve problems in straightforward situations using your technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Your work will impact the achievement of team goals and objectives. Additionally, you will explain moderately complex information to others in straightforward situations.\nYou will adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\nYou will coordinate production schedules for one or multiple products.\nYou will determine staffing, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.\nYou will develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, available resources, and production capacity.\nYou will assign machines, equipment, and labor to production tasks, optimizing resource utilization to meet production goals.\nYou will monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock.\nYou will identify and address potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints, adjusting schedules as needed.\nYou will confirm lead times, adjusting production schedules to accommodate delivery times.\nYou will generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery and production efficiency.\nYou will use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to input and update production plans, ensuring accurate data availability.\nYou may perform other duties as needed and as directed by your leadership.\nHow youwill be measured?\nThe specific measures listed below may be subject to change and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list\nOn-Time Delivery: measures the ability of the role to create and execute production schedules that align with predetermined timelines. It quantifies the percentage of production orders or schedules that are completed and fulfilled within the specified timeframes. A high On-Time Delivery percentage indicates effective planning, coordination, and timely execution of production activities.\nSchedule Attainment: evaluates how closely the actual production output aligns with the planned production schedule. It is calculated by comparing the planned production quantities with the actual quantities produced over a specific time period. This metric provides insight into the Planner's ability to translate demand forecasts into achievable production plans and the extent to which those plans are realized in practice.\nSales Order Backorder: measures the volume of customer orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately due to insufficient inventory levels or production capacity.\nInventory levels: measure inventory value and days on hand to target based on Plan for Every Part analysis. These metrics requires the Planner to monitor WIP aging & FG levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adherence to inventory targets.\nCapacity Utilization: Measure how well the available production capacity is utilized. This helps assess whether the Planner optimally allocates resources and minimizes idle time.\nWhat sets you apart ?\nA Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired; however, if you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with three years of relevant experience in supply chain management.\nYou will demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other associates and cross functional teams. \nAbility to apply general knowledge and/or experience to business process understanding\nAbility to understand standard issues and problems to identify solutions and innovation strong computer skills (MS office). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).\nYou demonstrate competency in both written and oral communications.\nYou maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing supply chain environment.\nYou possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.\nQualifications & Requirements\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.\nExperience with Power BI and dashboard development is a plus.\nFluent English communication skills (written and verbal).\nStrong ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.\nSolid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics interpretation.\nExperience utilizing SIOP processes to support production and supply chain planning.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to provide consistent follow-up and support during production and operational review meetings.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, managers, and stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels.\nProven ability to drive collaboration and align objectives among Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and other functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nAbility to make data-driven decisions and present findings in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.\nExperience in the medical device manufacturing industry desired.\n\nKnowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools.\nExperience creating and maintaining operational dashboards and business performance reports.\n\nU.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
