The role requires an AI-first mindset to enhance development efficiency, data pipelines, and application performance. \n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize backend applications and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.\nManage Microsoft Fabric components and optimize data pipelines and processing workflows.\nMaintain and support the AI Sales platform across development, testing, and production environments.\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\nLeverage GenAI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API response times and resource utilization.\nWork with Azure services to support application deployment, integration, and platform operations.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.\n\nTechnical Skills Required\nStrong proficiency in Python, particularly FastAPI, for developing and maintaining backend services and REST APIs.\nSolid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components, data pipeline management, and optimization.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application environments.\nStrong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.\nAI-first mindset with practical experience using GenAI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools to improve software development productivity and code quality.\nExperience in application maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.\nUnderstanding of secure deployment practices and reliable software delivery processes.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\n\nAdditional Preferred Skills\nExperience with GenAI evaluation frameworks.\nKnowledge of Salesforce integrations.\nExperience in Azure-based data engineering and cloud data pipeline optimization.\nFamiliarity with automated testing and code quality practices.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n7-8 years of professional experience\n\nIntegers.Ai is an equal opportunity employer.
