You will work on developing cloud-native applications that incorporate AI-powered capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building next-generation AI-enabled products.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.\n\n- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js or other modern frontend technologies, as required.\n\n- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.\n\n- Develop AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, AI agents, and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and services.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and production support.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, software engineering practices, and cloud-native development.\n\nTechnical Skills Required : \n\n- Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot for developing scalable enterprise applications.\n\n- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.\n\n- Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\n\n- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Experience using AI tools, frameworks, and coding assistants to design, develop, test, and accelerate software development.\n\n- Exposure to building AI-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation workflows.\n\n- Familiarity with one or more of the following : LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI), and AI APIs.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\nAdditional Preferred Skills : \n\n- Python.\n\n- Kotlin knowledge will be a big plus.\n\n- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\n\n- Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Azure AI Search).\n\n- Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph.\n\n- Kafka or RabbitMQ.\n\n- Redis.\n\n- Agentic AI concepts.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 8+ years of professional software development experience.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nIntegers.Ai is an equal opportunity employer.
