This position will assume a broad range of general accounting duties during the month end close, including preparation of monthly journal entries and completion of account reconciliations.\nSUPERVISION RECEIVED\nUnder direct supervision of the Accounting Manager.\nSUPERVISION EXERCISED\nNone\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nPrimary responsibilities are to:\nPrepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations as assigned.\nRun various monthly reports used to reconcile or analyze general ledger account balances.\nAssist in the preparation of account analyses for internal and external reporting purposes.\nAnalyze and explain fluctuations and trends in balance sheet and P&L accounts.\nWork with internal and external auditors to provide supporting documentation and answer audit inquiries.\nCommunicate with other cross functional teams including IT, Shared Services A/R and A/P, Tax, FP&A, Treasury and Consolidations.\nOther tasks and projects as assigned.\nDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.\nCertifications: None required, CPA and/or MBA a plus.\nExperience: 1-3 years of corporate and/or public accounting experience.\nExperience with ORACLE ERP and/or Onestream systems a plus.\nDetail oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve problems.\nAbility to analyze and reconcile financial data.\nKnowledge of personal computer databases and spreadsheets.\nAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.\nEffective organizational skills.\nAbility to work well as part of a high performing team, as needed.\nAdditional details:\nThis role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.\nSalary Pay Range:\n$71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
