Every day, our colleagues are challenging what’s possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care.\nSUMMARY DESCRIPTION\nThis entry-level Medical Affairs role is ideal for recent health sciences graduates and health care providers (PhD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, or similar qualifications) who are passionate about biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and improving patient care.\nThe Associate MSL serves as a scientific expert supporting the communication of clinical and scientific information related to regenerative medicine, tissue reconstruction and repair, biomaterials, and advanced wound care technologies.\nWorking under the guidance of experienced Medical Affairs leaders, the Associate MSL will build scientific and medical expertise, engage with healthcare professionals, researchers and key opinion leaders, support medical education initiatives and contribute to Medical Affairs activities throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe role emphasizes scientific integrity, professional development and external scientific engagement while helping advance innovative technologies and therapies that improve patient outcomes.\nSUPERVISION RECEIVED\nReports to Medical Strategy Lead\nSUPERVISION EXERCISED\nNone\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipate in comprehensive Medical Affairs onboarding and therapeutic area training programs. \nDevelop scientific expertise in assigned disease states, products, clinical evidence, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscapes. \nConduct scientific discussions with healthcare professionals under the guidance of senior Medical Affairs colleagues. \nDeliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information in response to unsolicited medical inquiries.\nSupport scientific presentations, educational programs, and medical congress activities. \nContribute to literature reviews, competitive intelligence activities, and scientific landscape assessments. \nMaintain a thorough understanding of applicable compliance, legal, regulatory, and company policies governing scientific exchange. \nDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAdvanced health sciences degree required (PharmD, PhD, RN, PA, NP or equivalent degree). \nRecent graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience in academia, clinical practice, biomedical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or medical affairs settings. \nAbility to establish professional relationships and engage effectively with healthcare professionals, scientific experts, and researchers. \nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. \nAbility and willingness to travel within an assigned territory. \nTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES\nStrong clinical acumen and ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information and clinical data.\nKnowledge of clinical research design, evidence generation, and scientific publication processes.\nUnderstanding of the distinction between scientific exchange and promotional activities.\nStrong presentation and public speaking skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.\nEffective project management and organizational skills.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nThe physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills required of this position to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
