You will work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, providing exceptional technical support. This role requires frequent travel to hospital sites and occasional overnight stays.\nIf you are a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technical troubleshooting and customer service, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in the medical field\nWe are looking for somebody who is willing and ready to travel throughout the whole UK.\nUsually it's 1 day WFH for administration purposes and 4 days working in the field with our customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nTravel to hospitals to perform testing, maintenance, and repairs on Integra products.\n\nDiagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring top-quality performance.\n\nProvide technical support to customers and the sales team, troubleshooting product-related concerns.\n\nObserve Integra products in surgical environments to assess equipment usage and potential issues.\n\nInstall modifications to improve safety and performance.\n\nMaintain inventory levels and manage calibration schedules for equipment.\n\nDocument repairs and service activities accurately following Good Documentation Practices.\n\nPresent a professional and customer-focused image at all times.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to share technical insights and improve service quality\n\nWhat You Bring\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\nTechnical degree or equivalent college credits.\n\nExperience in field service, preferably in the medical device industry.\n\nStrong knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and electromechanical repairs.\n\nProficiency in IT systems and Office applications.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in English\n\nA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.\n\nPreferred Skills & Attributes\nExperience delivering technical training or presentations.\n\nKnowledge of Good Documentation Practices.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\n\nUnsolicited Agency Submission\nIntegra LifeSciences does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
