This position produces quality parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established processes while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSet up and operate CNC and/or conventional machining equipment.\nRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.\nUse precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.\nPerform basic machine adjustments and tool changes.\nInspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.\nIdentify machining issues and communicate problems to supervisors or experienced machinists.\nPerform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.\nMaintain accurate production and quality records.\nFollow all safety, quality, and production procedures.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nBasic knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations.\nPrevious machining or manufacturing experience preferred.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nSalary Pay Range:\n$23.28 - $31.46 USD HourlyOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
