The role is responsible for resolving cross-project dependencies, managing competing priorities, enabling program-level decision making, and maintaining visibility throughout the program lifecycle.\nSuccess in this role requires strong program leadership, strategic thinking, executive communication, financial and business acumen, organizational change management, benefits governance, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Strategy, Integration & Delivery\nTranslate strategic objectives into an integrated program roadmap, governance model, operating cadence, success measures, and desired outcomes.\nLead multiple related projects, workstreams, and enabling activities as a coordinated program through implementation and benefits realization.\nAlign scope, plans, milestones, resources, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables across program components.\nResolve cross-project conflicts and competing priorities while recommending sequencing, resourcing, and delivery trade-offs.\nMaintain visibility into program health, critical paths, dependencies, readiness activities, key decisions, and outcomes.\nOwn a portfolio of Global Operations initiatives, including:Manufacturing Network Footprint Optimization\nProduct and Process Transfers\nMergers & Acquisitions Integration\nSustaining Engineering Programs\nSupply Chain Continuity & Resiliency\nCost Improvement Initiatives\n\nExecutive Stakeholder & Governance Leadership\nAlign executive sponsors, business leaders, program stakeholders, and component leads around shared objectives and governance expectations.\nPresent decision-ready recommendations, risks, trade-offs, and enterprise impacts in executive governance forums.\nEstablish escalation pathways and drive timely resolution of strategic issues and organizational barriers.\nMaintain stakeholder alignment throughout complex, multi-phase programs.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the assigned Global Operations portfolio and provide updates to the Operations Leadership Team (OLT) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as needed.\nBenefits, Financial & Resource Integration\nConsolidate project budgets, forecasts, resource requirements, and investment impacts into a program-level view.\nEvaluate funding, capacity, resource allocation, risk, and value trade-offs.\nPartner with Operations Finance to develop business cases and financial analyses, including NPV, IRR, and payback calculations.\nCoordinate with functional leaders to obtain CapEx and OpEx estimates required for investment decisions.\nPartner with business owners to define, track, govern, and transition benefit realization metrics.\nEnsure program performance supports enterprise priorities and strategic objectives.\nProgram Risk, Dependency & Compliance Management\nIdentify and manage cross-functional risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.\nManage program critical paths and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nLead contingency planning, scenario analysis, and recovery planning efforts.\nEnsure compliance with PMO standards, quality requirements, regulatory expectations, and functional controls.\nEscalate program risks with recommended actions and clearly defined business impacts.\nMethodology, Organizational Change & Adoption\nAlign predictive, Agile, hybrid, and functional delivery methodologies under a common governance framework.\nIntegrate communication, training, readiness, adoption, stabilization, and sustainment plans.\nCoordinate organizational impacts across functions, business units, geographies, and stakeholder groups.\nAdapt program direction as business priorities, environmental factors, or organizational constraints evolve.\nProgram Leadership & Capability Development\nProvide matrix leadership to project teams, component leads, and Project Managers while maintaining functional accountability.\nCoach and mentor Project Managers and delivery leaders.\nPromote best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the project and program management community.\nModel Integra values through collaboration, accountability, strategic thinking, integrity, and operational excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical field required.\nExperience\n10+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, transformation, or related leadership roles.\nExperience within medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries.\nProven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs consisting of multiple related projects and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated success leading executive stakeholders through governance, organizational change, dependency management, and business-critical decisions.\nExperience providing matrix leadership to project teams and cross-functional organizations.\nCertifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP)
