Additional responsibilities include cash pooling, investments, financial risk management and corporate treasury initiatives.\nSUPERVISION RECEIVED\nThe position is under the supervision of the Assistant Treasurer\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nPrimary responsibilities are:\nManage cash and banking operations (includes pooling, structure, bank account services, bank relationships, etc.)\nOwnership of intercompany cash planning, funding, netting and investments\nManage intercompany loan portfolio, coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Accounting\nDevelop cash flow forecasts and provide detailed consolidated cash flow projections\nExecute investing strategies and invest excess funds based on safety and preservation of principle in accordance with the company’s investment policy\nSupport administration and analysis of receivables securitization facility \nFormulate, communicate, and supervise management of departmental policies and procedures\nProject management for Treasury strategic initiatives\nPrepare presentations for senior management\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nIncorporate AI functionality for simplification of Treasury processes\nDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance\nExperience Required:\nExperience in financial analysis, treasury management and cash management\nExperience with international cash operations and treasury background\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nProven ability to work with a diverse group of people\nDemonstrated focus on exceeding goals and results\nStrong research, investigative and analytical skills\nAdditional details:\nThis role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.\nSalary Pay Range:\n$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD SalaryOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation .
