Job Description:
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to support key processes that are critical to daily legal operations. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with legal documents and managing multiple priorities.
What you'll get to do (but not limited to):
Develop and implement efficient processes for the legal team to manage operations and reduce costs.
Develop, document, and enforce internal controls to create consistency throughout the legal department.
Implement and manage legal tech solutions, such Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, Document Management Systems (DMSs), legal research, and legal AI tools.
Develop and maintain a knowledge management system for legal resources, including legal training programs, and legal document repositories.
Develop strategic plans and goals for the legal department.
Assist legal team in drafting and negotiating certain contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, marketing agreements, vendor agreements, and amendments and renewals to commercial agreements, with attorney support available for non-standard matters.
Work internally with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, compliance, and sales.
You should apply if you have most of this:
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, law, and/or related field
Experience in legal operations, legal administration, paralegal, or a related field
Strong understanding of legal and sales software, such as Conga, Linksquares, and Salesforce
Proficient computer skills, strong knowledge of the Google and Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Prior experience within the AdTech space is preferred
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Accepts ownership of projects and is successful in driving projects, as well as daily tasks, to a successful conclusion.
Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as work independently.
IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
