Identify variances, trends, and drivers of financial performance across service lines, business units, and geographic regions. \nMonitoring of key financial metrics.\nAnalyse operational metrics such as service delivery efficiency, utilisation rates, productivity, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores. \nIdentify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. \nConduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and improvement projects. \nTrack and report on operational KPIs, creating dashboards and scorecards for stakeholder visibility.\nCollaborate with operations, service delivery, sales, and leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities. \nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders. \nSupport business case development for new services, contracts, investments, and strategic initiatives. \nProvide analytical support during contract negotiations, pricing reviews, and client profitability assessments.\nMaintain and enhance financial and operational reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualisation tools. \nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources and systems.\n Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. \nDevelop ad-hoc analyses in response to management requests and emerging business questions.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance analytical processes, reporting frameworks, and decision-making tools. \nRecommend and implement improvements to financial and operational performance measurement.\nWhat we will need from you\nProfessional qualifications in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field (or progress toward them) preferred but not essential (depending on work related experience)\n3-5 years in financial analysis, management accounting, business analysis, or commercial finance role within a service organisation (essential).\nDemonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced business decisions. Experience working with large datasets and reporting systems (essential).\nAdvanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modelling (essential).\nExperience with business intelligence and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) (essential).\nSQL or database query skills (desirable).\nUnderstanding of financial statements, management accounting principles, and cost analysis (essential).\nStatistical analysis and forecasting techniques (essential).\nExperience of working with Corrigo (desirable).\nStrong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. \nAbility to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into coherent insights. \nCommercial acumen to understand business drivers and operational realities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly. \nSkilled at creating compelling presentations and visualizations for diverse audiences. \nAbility to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into coherent insights and influence business change.\nUnderstanding of service business models, cost structures, and value drivers.\nAwareness of operational processes and service delivery metrics.
