As Facilities Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a high-quality facilities operation - managing vendor partners, driving service excellence, and acting as the trusted point of contact for the client and all site occupants.\nYou will be the face of JLL on site: operationally sharp, commercially aware, and genuinely committed to outstanding end-user experience.\nThis role is based in Aarhus, Denmark. Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.\nWhat You'll Do\nService Delivery & Operations\nLead all workplace operations on site, setting and sustaining the highest standards for environment, safety, and user experience\nAct as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, building occupants, landlord, and managing agents\nOversee vendor partners, holding them accountable to agreed SLAs and service expectations\nManage compliance with current legislation and regulations across all facility areas\nSupport short and long-term client projects, acting as the go-to lead for facilities, fit-out, and crisis management activity\nIdentify and remove operational roadblocks, driving timely, effective solutions\nFinancial & Contract Management\nOwn site budgets, finance processes, and P&L reporting\nIdentify and deliver cost efficiencies and savings through proactive management and continuous improvement\nLead and support internal and external audits, from preparation through to submission and follow-up\nPeople & Vendor Leadership\nInspire and lead the on-site team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture\nManage, motivate, and develop vendor and indirect team members to meet and improve performance objectives\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders - client, occupants, supply chain, and JLL colleagues\nSafety & Compliance\nChampion and drive a proactive safety culture across the site\nImplement JLL HSE standards and ensure all safety requirements are embedded in day-to-day operations\nReport all accidents, near misses, and emergencies in line with required protocols\nParticipate in regular Business Continuity Plan reviews\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience & Knowledge\nProven track record in Facilities or Premises Management within a corporate or blue-chip environment\nExperience managing multi-service line teams and vendor partners on-site\nStrong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L control\nDemonstrable success in contract management, measurement, and continuous improvement\nExperience in a change management or mobilisation environment is a strong advantage\nSound understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and requirements\nSmall works and project management experience within an FM setting\nSkills & Behaviours\nFluent in Danish and English (written and spoken) - essential\nExcellent communication skills; able to engage, present, and negotiate confidently at all levels\nStrong leadership presence - visible, decisive, and able to inspire commitment in others\nCommercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and service improvement\nTechnically literate; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nHighly organised, with strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities\nCustomer-focused, with a genuine commitment to end-user experience\nCulturally aware and adaptable - comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment\nAbout JLL\nJLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specialising in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries and more than 102,000 people worldwide.
