You will work closely with the Head of E-Commerce, the e-commerce team and Product Managers to drive product awareness and sales performance whilst maintaining a strong focus on ROAS and NTB conversion.\nThe role will focus on Global Amazon campaigns for our LED and Memory product portfolios supporting product launches, working with our DSP partner and to bolster sales performance in strategic priority markets across the UK and Europe. There is scope that the role may widen to support other campaign activations across search, social and other marketplaces.\nWe have bold targets and plans to deliver through the remainder of 2026 and beyond. This is a great opportunity to take ownership and shape our PPC strategy during a period of rapid growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nHelp develop strategy for and lead execution of UK, Europe and USA Amazon PPC activity (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display), Paid Search, Paid Social, other marketplaces and digital activations. \nSetup, monitor and optimise PPC campaigns (Amazon, other marketplaces, Search, Social).\nSupport our DSP partner with the aligned execution of our full funnel advertising strategy.\nDaily control of ACOS and spend across multiple accounts.\nRun post-campaign analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness / performance.\nBuild AMC insights and audiences to support new-to-brand and retargeting campaigns.\nLiaise with different internal departments to maximise campaign return on investment.\nImplement Amazon Advertising strategies including new product launches, brand building and test and learn activities.\nRun campaign audits and review data to identify any new growth opportunities.\nPresent reports to different stakeholders within the business.\nKeep up to date with the latest PPC ‘best in class’ strategies, products, updates and changes, including Amazon and other marketplace/ digital advertising.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of experience managing and activating Pay Per Click / Amazon Sponsored Products / Paid Search campaigns.\n Trading (Brand side) experience with a strong commercial mindset and acumen is essential. You must be in or most recently in a brand-side role and be able to demonstrate a history of delivering strategic and profitable campaigns.\nExperience with Amazon DSP, TikTok, social commerce, social and other digital activations would be advantageous.\nStrong knowledge of using industry-leading tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Semrush, Pacvue, Skai, Helium 10, Keepa, AMC etc.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of advertising on marketplaces.\nStrong analytical skills in order to fully optimise campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).\nExcellent communication skills.\nConfident and comfortable producing and presenting reports to stakeholders (of various levels of seniority) within the business.\nAbility to research, identify and propose new opportunities to drive growth.\nHigh levels of attention to detail.\nPossess energy and drive with the wiliness to take on responsibility.\nInterest, knowledge or experience working within the technology or computer hardware sectors would be a plus.\nAbout us:\nIntegral Memory PLC is a long-established and fast-growing company founded in the UK over 35 years ago with offices in London and Europe.
