You will own Salesforce end to end: standing it up for each business, defining how we sell, and making sure what happens in the field is captured accurately in the CRM.\nEach product line sells differently today. You'll bring sales, marketing and leadership onto a common process, then turn it into clean data and reporting that drives commercial decisions. at Integral Molecular\nSalesforce build and administration\nWork with sales, marketing and finance to define how each product line sells, from lead to closed-won, and build agreed stages and exit criteria into Salesforce.\nDefine and own the org's architecture: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and data governance.\nServe as the internal lead for our Salesforce consultant during the build across four product lines: gather requirements, review designs, test builds, sign off on releases, and track scope and timelines.\nOwn management of CRM and CRM data after build handoff: maintain configuration and automation (Flows, approvals, assignment rules), support users, and manage the enhancement queue.\nKeep data clean through regular deduplication and hygiene audits.\nAfter the initial build, scope and roll out additional capabilities, including sales incentive reporting, deal desk and pricing approvals, and post-sale handoff to onboarding and customer success.\nTrain new hires and existing reps on Salesforce and the sales process, and monitor adoption.\nReporting and analytics\nBuild and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, bookings, conversion and rep performance, with metrics defined consistently across product lines.\nPrepare analysis for forecast calls, QBRs and leadership reviews.\nMarketing automation integration\nMaintain the integration between Salesforce and [HubSpot / Marketo / Account Engagement], including lead routing, scoring and campaign tracking.\nReport on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.\nThe ideal candidate will have\nRequired\n3-5 years in sales, revenue or commercial operations, with hands-on Salesforce administration.\nSolid Salesforce configuration skills: Flows, record types, validation rules, permissions, reports and dashboards.\nExperience with a marketing automation platform connected to Salesforce.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways for leaders.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across sales, marketing and finance.\nPreferred\nSalesforce Administrator certification.\nExperience standing up or migrating a CRM, or working with an implementation partner.\nExperience with BI tools, CPQ or deal desk processes.\nBackground in B2B environments preferably in the life sciences.\nIf you find this
