Lead planning and collaboration with our ad agency and demonstrate measurable improvement.\nBuild our digital marketing strategy to reach Integral’s customers based on who they are and what they need.\nContent & Campaign Execution\nOwn social media strategy for all products. Plan, write, and schedule posts to build engagement.\nPlan and run email and digital campaigns. Draft content, manage timelines and budgets, and A/B test to drive engagement.\nMarketing Automation & Operations\nOwn the evolving relationship with our Marketo partner. Optimize Marketo with advanced workflows, lead scoring, and dashboards.\nEstablish measurement strategies and KPIs, create dashboards, and optimize and maintain a reporting cadence.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Execution\nCreate a repeatable process for planning digital campaigns across product lines so teams can plan, launch, and measure campaigns consistently.\nWork collaboratively with Sales, Product Managers, and others to gather customer feedback and align digital strategy with business priorities.\nContinuous Improvement & Learning\nKeep learning what's working in digital marketing and implement those ideas to help the team improve.\nThe ideal candidate will have\nDigital Marketing Expertise\nProven track record running digital campaigns, managing channels, and driving measurable results.\nHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or comparable).\nStrong B2B digital marketing skills. Biotech or life sciences preferred.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nStrong understanding of data; use analytics to guide decisions and optimize performance.\nExperience with digital ads, email management, and SEO/content strategy.\nFamiliarity with marketing operations, dashboards, and reporting (experience with AI tools for marketing is a plus).\nCommunication & Collaboration\nStrong writer - ability to turn source material into clear, consistent copy for social, email, and web that matches our brand voice.\nExcellent verbal communicator who can explain complex ideas simply and work effectively across teams.\nEducational Background\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related field required.\nIf you find this position appealing, please submit your resume, your salary expectations, and 2-3 samples of digital work you created, such as social posts, emails or ads.
