Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL Workplace Management!\nROLE PURPOSE\nTo support the Divisional Director in driving operational excellence, contractual compliance, governance effectiveness and continuous improvement across the PFI portfolio. The role acts as the divisional lead for governance assurance, performance analysis, quality management and best practice implementation.\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\n1. Governance & Contract Compliance Assurance\nMaintain oversight of governance and compliance arrangements.\nMonitor adherence to contractual governance requirements.\nReview governance outputs, compliance reports and assurance activities.\nIdentify governance weaknesses and compliance risks.\nDevelop divisional governance standards and assurance frameworks.\n2. Oversight of Contract Support Leads\nEstablish divisional governance standards.\nFacilitate governance and compliance forums.\nCoordinate lessons learned and best practice sharing.\nPromote standardisation across all contracts.\n3. Contractual Reporting & Performance Assurance\nAssess reports against contractual schedules.\nVerify service reports contain appropriate contractual evidence.\nChallenge poor-quality or non-compliant reporting.\nDevelop standard reporting templates and frameworks.\n4. Quality Management & Assurance\nDevelop and implement an assurance programme.\nUndertake governance reviews and quality audits.\nTrack corrective and preventative actions.\n5. Continuous Improvement & Best Practice\nIdentify recurring operational and contractual issues.\nUndertake root cause analysis.\nDevelop improvement initiatives.\nCapture lessons learned and replicate best practice.\n6.
