Propose ideas for on-contract growth.\nServe as the primary client relationship manager within the program office\nSupport capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities.\nHandles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.\nProvide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.\nManages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position. The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar Information Technology Field.\n5 years' experience managing a program with an annual budget exceeding $9M\nCertification in program management (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP)\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and enterprise data services\nExperience with AI solutions\nDemonstrated success in working with client for on-contract business growth\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nDemonstrated experience managing personnel\nDemonstrated experience supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, supporting capture tasks, and writing proposal sections.\nPublic Trust with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance\nSalary Range: $180,000 - $195,000\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline.
