(Supported by Agile expectations present throughout the document.)\nEnforce secure coding practices, automated testing standards, and prevention of known defects or vulnerabilities from being promoted to production. (System Team compliance statements support this.) \nSupport orchestration of solution demonstrations, dependency mapping, and technical feasibility analysis\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s Degree in computer science or an IT-related degree with 8-12 years' experience\nDemonstrated experience leading Agile Scrum teams delivering enterprise-grade applications.\nExperience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, Blazor) and VA-aligned architectures.\nExperience ensuring compliance with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps security standards, and Section 508 accessibility requirements. \nExperience guiding cross-functional collaboration with System Teams, Architecture, Cybersecurity, QA, and Integration roles.\nExperience supporting backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and Agile delivery metrics\nPublic Trust\nPreferred:\nSAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Practitioner.\nKnowledge of NCA memorials: eligibility, burial scheduling, interment, monuments; VA Product Owner support\n\nSalary Range: $150,000 - $170,000\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline.
