We build long-term partnerships-two-thirds of our customers choosing to partner with us 5+ years-by solving mission-critical problems with rigor, empathy, and measurable outcomes.\nJob Overview:\nManage and oversee SDET teams, set testing roadmaps that include both automation and manual testing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders to align on quality benchmarks and goals, guide the adoption of effective testing methodologies, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, robust solutions while addressing areas requiring manual intervention.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nReview requirements and design of system to be implemented\nDesign and review test cases and test scripts\nAbility to define test case execution priority and impact analysis\nRecommend, implement, and work with test management, defect management, performance, and automation tools\nLog issues and track until closure\nCommunicate with project manager regarding project issues, impacts to the schedule, and performance issues\nAble to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tool\nWork within an agile, self-organizing Scrum team\nOwnership of the testing and quality for your team\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify quality benchmarks and KPIs.\nCoordinate with the engineers on Result and Defects Status on a regular basis\nCreating and executing Test plan\nprovide comprehensive test reports \nSDET: Writing unit test for testing API and business layer\nSDET: Enhancing Testability of the Code\nSDET: Fixing Minor Defects Discovered During Testing\nSDET: Implementing Test Support Features\nSDET: Documenting API endpoints or services to aid both testing and development efforts\nSDET: Actively participating in code reviews and making changes to improve code quality or adherence to coding standards.\nRequirements\n7+ years of hands-on experience in software testing\nHands-on experience in OOP and one or more programming languages: C#, Java, JS, SQL\nGood experience with Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Nunit\nHands-on experience with multiple types of testing including UI, System/Integration, API, Performance, and Agile\nVery Good knowledge in test planning and test strategy design\nGood knowledge in testing estimation techniques\nUnderstanding of the Agentic Development Life Cycle\nAbility to create workflows with rules and guardrails\nProficiency in testing AI applications and agentic solutions \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail\nProficient in English (verbal and written)\nGood work ethics, Team player, positive and self-motivated\nStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills\nDatabase manipulation skills, mainly in SQL\nGood time-management skills\nGood knowledge of Agile development Methodology and agile testing\nGreat attention to detail and organized\nFair Knowledge about Cloud, ETL and DevOps Concepts\nFlexible and Adaptable to client and project changes\nBehavior-Driven Development (BDD) (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow)\nSDET: Advanced programming good understanding of custom exception, intermediate level in linq , dependency injection and lose coupling to increase testability. \nSDET: Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab \nSDET: (ORM e.g .net entity framework , hibernate , spring) is a plus.\nSDET: Experience in (one mocking framework e.g Mockito , Nmock) is a plus.\nSDET: Understand common design patterns and architecture patterns\nSDET: Solid understanding of data structures e.g dictionary , list , hashset\n ISTQB CT-GenAI (Certified Tester -
