Education & Background\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum of 9 years of professional software development experience\n 2. Core Technical Skills (Backend)\nStrong hands-on experience with Java\nStrong hands-on experience with Spring Framework\nStrong hands-on experience with Microservices architecture\nStrong proficiency in SQL and relational database design\n3. Infrastructure & DevOps\nExperience with cloud-based solutions\nDocker containerization experience\nSecurity, authentication, and authorization mechanisms\n 4. Frontend & Web Technologies\nFrontend development experience (required)\nGood understanding of HTML, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath\nGood understanding of web technologies and standards\n 5. Development Practices & Quality\nTest-Driven Development (TDD) experience\nSolid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\nKnowledge of industry best practices and modern development methodologies\nExperience working in Agile development environments\n6.
