BVP Forge combines Bessemer's front-line industry insights, proven growth IP, and robust executive network with tailored resources for self-sustaining companies and the ForgeEdge™ operational program. \nThe Role \nParsec is hiring a Technical Trainer to join the Technical Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Technical Enablement. \nThis role facilitates instructor-led TrakSYS™ bootcamps for internal staff, partners, and customers. Delivery begins virtually and will expand to in-person sessions as the program grows. Approximately 70% of the role is facilitation and learner support; the remaining 30% is revising and developing the content the bootcamps run on. \nThe role requires both facilitation skill and technical fluency. You will be expected to learn the bootcamp's technical simulations thoroughly and handle unscripted questions and live troubleshooting in front of a technical audience. \nYou will work closely with TrakSYS™ subject matter experts to support learners and keep training content accurate as the product evolves. \nKey Responsibilities \nFacilitate virtual instructor-led TrakSYS™ bootcamp sessions, expanding to in-person delivery as the program grows. \nLearn the bootcamp's technical simulations and scenarios in depth and guide learners through the simulated plant experience, including unscripted questions and live troubleshooting. \nManage the learner experience across each cohort, including pre-work, session pacing, hands-on lab support, and follow-through on open items. \nSupport trainees between sessions through office hours and live Q&A, with assistance from a TrakSYS™ SME. \nConduct train-the-trainer sessions to certify additional internal and partner facilitators as the program scales. \nRevise existing modules based on delivery experience, learner feedback, and product releases. \nCoordinate peer reviews with SMEs to confirm technical accuracy and clarity. \nAssist in creating and maintaining instructor-led content, including presentations, facilitator guides, simulated storylines, and lab exercises. \nContinue developing knowledge of the TrakSYS™ platform, adult learning practice, and the manufacturing sector. \nQualifications \nBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. \n5-8 years of experience facilitating technical training for adult professional learners. \nDemonstrated experience facilitating technical training both virtually and in person. \nTechnical fluency sufficient to configure and troubleshoot within an enterprise application. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to stay composed and lead a session in front of a technical audience. \nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong initiative and follow-through. \nWillingness to travel (up to 20%) domestically and internationally for in-person delivery. \nPreferred / Nice to Have \nDomain knowledge of manufacturing, MES, ERP, or related enterprise applications. \nExperience creating content for and/or conducting train-the-trainer sessions. \nExperience supporting a partner channel. \nCompensation / Benefits \n$90,000 -
