We started with one of the most complex customers on earth, the U.S. government. Its programs span thousands of people, multiple organizations, billion-dollar budgets, and differentiated security environments. And somehow, too much of that work still runs on stale schedules, spreadsheets, hand-built slides, and project management software stuck in the Tetris era.\nWe’re changing that. Based in Seattle, Integrate has secured a $25 million U.S. Space Force contract and expanded across government and commercial programs, raised a $17 million Series A led by FPV Ventures, secured backing from J.P. Morgan, and built software that operates across government and commercial environments, from unclassified work to Top Secret networks.\nWe move fast, keep the egos low, and make room for quirks, strong opinions, fun, and the occasional chaos of building things from scratch with extreme velocity. We offer strong benefits, real ownership, and ambitious work with people you actually want to be around.\nOur Solution\nIntegrate gives complex programs something they have never had before. One real-time schedule that can operate across organizations, security boundaries, and classification levels without fragmenting the schedule.\nThe program stays live as it changes. Teams can see how the program has moved, understand how a change ripples downstream, surface risk before it compounds, and control access down to the individual element. And our AI architecture works from that same continuously updated program state. It understands what is happening now, not a report assembled days or weeks ago. The schedule stops being a static plan and becomes a living reflection of the program itself.\nWe’re nowhere near done. We want to set a new standard for how the world’s most complex work gets done, and we won’t stop until we do.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and evolve the product layer of Integrate's platform. This role spans the full stack - from React-based UI surfaces to Go APIs and the integrations that tie them together - and sits at the center of where our product meets our users.\nThe near-term focus includes feature work on our cross domain solution workflows, improving how we surface complex project data to end users, and contributing to the API and integration services that sit beneath it. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to ship things that matter - and you'll be expected to care about the quality and craft of what you build.\nA meaningful part of this role is operating with a Top Secret clearance. Integrate's platform is built to run across classification levels - including NIPR, SIPRnet, SAP networks, to JWICS - and the programs we support don't always surface their full complexity in unclassified environments. Having clearance means being in the room when the full picture is visible: understanding the mission constraints, threat variables, and program complexities that drive real requirements but rarely make it into a ticket. For an engineer building coordination software for defense programs, that context isn't a nice-to-have - it's the difference between shipping features and shipping the right features.\nWe're a small team. There's no handoff culture here. If you build it, you own it.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nBuild and iterate on React-based UI surfaces that make complex project workflows legible and fast for end users\n\nDesign and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL layers in Go, working across internal and external consumers\n\nOwn and evolve data models in PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization, and migration management\n\nContribute to our GraphQL integration layer, ensuring resolvers are well-structured and performant\n\nBuild and maintain integration services in Go that connect internal systems and external APIs, owning the full contract from interface design to error handling and observability.\n\nWrite and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions including build, test, and deployment stages across environments.\n\nShip clean, tested, maintainable code across the stack - and leave things better than you found them\n\nTech Stack\nReact, Golang, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Redis, GitHub Actions. Our environment also includes Tailwind CSS.\nExperience\nWe don't expect you to be an expert in all of these things - but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:\n3-5+ years of full stack engineering experience in a product-focused environment\n\nStrong React fundamentals - component architecture, state management, and performance; Apollo Client familiarity is a plus\n\nSolid HTML5 and CSS3; able to build clean, responsive interfaces without leaning on a framework crutch\n\nGo on the backend - REST API development, middleware, and service patterns\n\nPostgreSQL - comfortable with schema design, query writing, and migrations\n\nGraphQL - can read and reason about a resolver, understands n+1 patterns and common pitfalls; bonus if you've worked with complex or graph-structured data models\n\nFamiliarity with integration patterns - webhooks, third-party API design, or similar\n\nSome exposure to broader backend concerns: caching, rate limiting, or async processing\n\nGitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling\n\nBackground in B2B SaaS, defense tech, or complex enterprise environments is a plus - as is comfort working in a product and architecture that's still taking shape\n\nSecurity Clearance\n This role requires an active TS or TS/SCI clearance. We move fast and need people who can hit the ground running - cleared candidates ready to start are at the top of our list. If you're lapsed, tell us where you left off and we'll talk.\nWho You Are\nYou're comfortable across the stack - whether that's a component tree or an API route handler. When specs are ambiguous, you ask good questions, get yourself unblocked, and move forward.\nYou care about the experience of the people using what you build, and you hold your work to a high standard - not because you have to, but because it matters to you. You communicate openly, surface issues early, and show up when things get complicated.\nWe're all learning here. Integrate is a place where everyone is building something they haven't built before - that's kind of the whole point. You'll find plenty of room to grow.\nWhy Join Us?\nJoin us at the forefront of deep tech, building the software infrastructure that powers the next generation of hardware innovation. We're a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build.\nYou'll have the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a company working with customers building rockets, aircraft, autonomous systems, and the infrastructure of the modern world. Here, you'll have real influence over architecture and technical direction in ways that simply aren't possible at a larger company - and you'll do it alongside a team of high performers who will push you to grow faster than you would anywhere else.\nITAR Requirement\nThis position requires access to information protected under US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, US person status (including US citizens, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted U.S. asylum status, or individuals admitted in U.S. refugee status) is a required qualification for this position.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, genetics, or citizenship status (when otherwise legally authorized to work and access export-controlled data) and will not be discriminated against on the basis of such characteristics or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
