By eliminating transportation barriers, we deliver early detection, faster treatment and better quality of life for residents.\nThe Patient Care Coordinator (Account Manager) is the liaison between the senior communities, patients and the practitioners. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating/finalizing practitioner schedules, managing relationships with the key decision makers within the community or facility and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our services.\nThis role is to also maximize the provider’s visit at the facility while ensuring accurate patient information is documented.
