This role supports both project execution and applications development activities, providing expert implementation support, structured feedback, training, and collaborative problem-solving for the on-site project execution team.\nThe Project Engineer acts as a key link between Systems Engineering, Operations, and field execution teams. The role focuses on effective implementation, technical validation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Project Engineer contributes to the successful execution of projects and the continuous improvement of IGS technologies and applications.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport project execution activities byprovidingtechnical guidance, implementation support, and problem-solvingassistanceto field and operations teams during all phases of project delivery.\nOwn defined technical and execution aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, quality requirements, safety standards, and operationalobjectives.\nEnsure engineering solutions and innovations are operationally ready through field validation, documentation development, and structured risk mitigation prior to and during deployment.\nDevelop, review, andmaintaintechnical documentation such as method statements, application guidelines, quality control packages, and field-ready reference materials to support consistent execution.\nCapture structured field feedback, lessons learned, and performance data, and communicate insights to Systems Engineering and Operations teams to support continuous improvement.\nMentor and guide technicians and junior engineers in application best practices, safe execution, and standardized operating approaches.\nCollaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve implementation challenges and improve execution efficiency.\nParticipate in technical-commercial evaluations and risk framing activities, with scope and responsibility scaling based on experience and seniority.\nSupport standardized project structures, processes, and execution frameworks to improve consistency, safety, and project outcomes across the organization.\nSkills and Abilities Required:\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to apply engineering principles in dynamic field andsiteenvironments.\nEffective problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk, troubleshoot issues, and develop practical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities andshiftingdemands.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nComfort working directly with internal stakeholders and external clients, vendors, and partners.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nContacts:\nFrequent collaboration with Operations, Systems Engineering, Safety, Quality, Commercial, and Project Management teams.\nRegular interaction with field personnel including technicians and supervisors.\nPeriodic communication with clients, vendors, and external partners in support of project execution and application development.\nDecision/Judgment:\nExercises independent technical and field-level judgment within defined project and application scopes.\nAppliessound judgment toidentifyrisks, resolve technical issues, and support execution decisions.\nEscalates commercial, safety, contractual, or high-risk matters appropriatelyin accordance withcompany procedures.\nDecision-making authority and scope scale with experience anddemonstratedcapability.\nEffort/Working Conditions:\nWorkis performed in a challenging environment in various client facilities whichincludesbut are not limited to refineries, papermillsand power plants in both the USA and International locations.\nWork routinely involves confined space entry, working at heights, and use of personal protective equipment.\nThe role includes a balance of field-based and office-based work depending onprojectphase and assignment.\nFlexible scheduling and extended work hours may berequiredduring peak project periods. \nEducation and Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineeringin a relevant fieldrequired.
