And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations!\nWhat you'll do:\nThe Product Engineer designs, builds and maintains features and integrations across the Chandler CX Platform, working across the full stack from C#/.NET services on Azure to the web front end.\nAround 80% of the role is engineering. The rest is spent investigating and fixing product issues escalated through Product Support, so that clients get lasting fixes rather than workarounds.\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nFeature development\nDesign, build, test and deploy full-stack features across the Chandler CX Platform modules.\nBuild responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, with frameworks such as React or Blazor.\nBuild back-end services and APIs in C#/.NET on ASP.NET Core and Azure.\nIntegration and platform\nBuild and maintain REST APIs and integrations with client systems and third-party services.\nWork with Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Data Factories, and Azure SQL.\nWrite, tune and troubleshoot T-SQL queries and stored procedures.\nQuality and release\nWrite unit and integration tests, and take part in peer code review.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and follow release management processes.\nApply secure coding practices and manage credentials, keys and client data safely.\nProduct support\nInvestigate and resolve product defects escalated by the Product Support Manager within agreed timeframes.\nFind the root cause of recurring issues and deliver lasting fixes.\nImprove logging, monitoring and alerting so issues are detected early.\nDocumentation and knowledge sharing\nDocument features, APIs, configuration and support procedures.\nShare knowledge through handovers, peer review, and pairing.\nSuccessful candidates must have:\nEssential\n3+ years' experience as a full-stack or software developer, ideally on a SaaS or enterprise product.\nAgentic development: experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar harnesses to accelerate development and improve product quality.\n C#/.NET: building and maintaining production applications and services in .NET (Core / .NET 6+).\n Front end: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS, with a CSS framework (e.g. Bootstrap or Tailwind) and a modern framework (e.g. React or Blazor).\n Web back end: ASP.NET Core (MVC, Razor Pages or Web API).\nAzure: hands-on experience with App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage or Azure SQL.\nT-SQL and SQL Server: writing, tuning and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures.\nREST APIs: building and consuming REST services, including token-based authentication.\n Source control and delivery: Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent), including work tracking and CI/CD pipelines.\n Testing: writing unit and integration tests.\nGood written and spoken English, and confidence working with Australian team members.\nDesirable\nDocument generation, PDF, templating, or email and SMS delivery.\nExperience with customer communications management (CCM) platforms.\nAccessibility: building to WCAG 2.1 AA, and responsive design.\n Infrastructure as code: Bicep, ARM or Terraform.\nExperience building products for regulated industries such as financial services, government, utilities or healthcare.\nMicrosoft Azure certification (e.g. AZ-204).\nWork Arrangements:\nSchedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)\nWork Setup: Work Onsite\nLocation: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City\nWhat's in it for YOU?\nAt Integrated OS, we create career opportunities where you can thrive, grow, and make an impact.\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits: Be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.\nCareer Growth & Development: Work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience.\nWork-Life Balance: Our innovative activities, open communication channels and commitment to incclusivity make everyday exciting and rewarding!\nCollaborative & Supportive Environment: Be part of a passionate team that values innovation and teamwork.\nYour seat awaits!
