Our St. Joseph plant refines out the impurities and is able to clean, process and custom blend the animal proteins to the specifications of our customers.\nQuality Technician\nJob Type: Full-Time, On-Site\nPosition Overview\nLab Quality Technician \nStarting Pay $22/hour\nHours 6 am - 2:30 pm \nWhat You'll Do\nPerform standardized tests on the product\nNotify production and management immediately when product is out of specification\nAssist in managing retain program\nCreate retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage)\nComplete paperwork as directed using good documentation practices\nMonitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely manner\nMaintain a clean and orderly workspace\nPerform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment\nNotify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running low\nProvide information to production staff and management when requested\nCommunicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality\nKeep lab neat and clean\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Experience, Education & Requirements\nH.S.
