And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations!\nWhat you'll do:\nThe Management Accountant / Finance Reporting Analyst supports the CFO and finance team by preparing recurring management reporting, maintaining financial data integrity across systems, supporting revenue recognition and working-capital visibility, and assisting with finance insights across the group and multiple entities within it. The role is focused on financial reporting preparation, reconciliation, data integrity and management accounting support across multiple entities. The role helps ensure that financial information is reconciled, reliable, timely and decision-ready, enabling management to monitor business performance, revenue, working capital and financial operations across the group.\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nManagement Reporting\nSupport the preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly financial reporting across the business.\nPreparation of weekly consolidated sales reporting based on system exports.\nReconciliation of customer deposits, vendor deposits and related balances supporting revenue recognition outcomes.\nMonthly reconciliation of CRM reports to finance sales reports.\nPreparation of weekly debtor reports, including data extraction from accounting systems and consolidation into reporting templates.\nMonthly intercompany sales reconciliation across entities.\nMonth end close process and associated balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.\n\nFinance Process Quality Checks\nSupport the accuracy and integrity of core finance processes across multiple entities, by overseeing tools and processes that cover:\nOversight of first-run accounts payable ingestion processes.\nValidation of OCR-captured invoice data and initial coding allocations.\nFirst-pass three-way matching for invoices without exceptions.\nMonitoring and support of daily billing mirroring between operational systems and the finance system.\nControl-oriented reviews of automated AP workflows to ensure financial data integrity.\n\nFinancial Reconciliation and Data Integrity\nMaintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and entities.\nReconciliation between billing systems and finance systems.\nIntercompany reconciliation.\nVendor and supplier reporting.\nBalance sheet reconciliations.\nInvestigation and escalation of discrepancies across systems and reports.\n\nEnhanced Internal and Stakeholder Reporting\nBased on systems readiness and available capacity, the role also includes actioning and enhancing the following internal and external reporting capabilities:\nJob status reporting.\nJob costing analysis.\nDebtor movement reporting.\nWeekly cash reporting and allocation tracking.\nSales reporting by salesperson.\nMonthly vendor reporting.\nAssistance with preparation of monthly management accounts.\nParticipation in month-end close processes.\nQuarterly investor and bank reporting.\nReconciliation of billing systems to finance systems across multiple entities.\n\nKey Tasks\nTypical tasks performed in the role include:\nExtracting financial data from accounting systems.\nMaintaining consolidated reporting spreadsheets.\nPreparing reconciliations across systems and entities.\nReviewing automated finance processes for accuracy.\nSupporting month-end close activities.\nPreparing draft management reporting packs for CFO review.\nIdentifying inconsistencies or variances within financial data.\n\nSuccessful candidate must have:\nRequired\nStrong experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms.\nSolid understanding of management accounting principles.\nExperience performing financial reconciliations across multiple systems.\nStrong Excel spreadsheet modelling skills.\nUnderstanding of revenue recognition concepts.\nStrong ability to reconcile large datasets and investigate variances across multiple source systems.\nFamiliarity with accounts payable workflows and invoice processing.\nExperience working across multiple legal entities.\nAbility to work remotely as part of an Australian finance team.\nAbility to operate with moderate autonomy once trained in Bestech-specific processes.\nComfortable working from documented procedures, recurring reporting timetables and defined review points.\nAble to identify exceptions clearly and escalate with supporting detail.\n\nPreferred\nExperience reconciling CRM and finance system data.\nExposure to job costing environments.\nExperience preparing management reporting packs.\nExperience with month end close and balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nQualifications\nAccounting, commerce, business or similar degree preferred.\nCA/CPA or equivalent qualification desirable but not mandatory.\nPractical experience in finance reporting and reconciliations is more important than formal qualification alone.\n\nWork Arrangements:\nSchedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT\nWork Setup: Work-Onsite Setup\nOffice Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City\nWhat's in it for YOU?\nAt Integrated OS, we create career opportunities where you can thrive, grow, and make an impact.\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits: Be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.\nCareer Growth & Development: Work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience.\nWork-Life Balance: Our innovative activities, open communication channels, and commitment to inclusivity make every day exciting and rewarding!\nCollaborative & Supportive Environment: Be part of a passionate team that values innovation and teamwork.\nYour seat awaits!
