And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations!\nWhat you'll do:\nYou will take ownership of an active creative workload while supporting new projects as they arise. The work is intentionally broad: one day may involve building a catalogue or updating technical product sheets, while the next may focus on magazine artwork, expo collateral, social reels, QR codes or signage.\nThis position suits a practical designer who enjoys variety, works quickly without losing attention to detail and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will be expected to take clear or incomplete briefs, ask the right questions, apply the brand consistently and deliver accurate, production-ready files.\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nPrint, catalogue and sales collateral\nCreate, edit and roll out product catalogues, brochures, gallery books, presentation packs and builder/site leave-behinds.\nUpdate approved templates with new products, images, descriptions, specifications and project content.\nDesign magazine advertisements, specification sheets, expo artwork, signage, calendars, cards and other sales or marketing materials.\nPrepare accurate, press-ready artwork and liaise with internal stakeholders or suppliers when print specifications need to be confirmed.\nDigital, Social and video content\nDesign social and reel graphics, including product alerts, slab or product names, title frames, cover art, end cards and logo treatments.\nEdit product and supplier videos into concise social reels, incorporating internal footage, brand elements, captions and suitable transitions.\nCreate testimonial and project-focused video content by combining supplied footage, imagery and campaign messages.\nProvide responsive day-to-day design support for social media, digital campaigns, EDM artwork and new initiatives.\nProduct, project and brand support\nCreate and update QR codes for products, quotes and marketing material, including checking that destinations and redirects work correctly.\nSupport product launches, new website content, showroom or warehouse changes, events and expos with coordinated digital and printed artwork.\nMaintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting formats for different channels, dimensions and audiences.\nProofread and quality-check artwork for content accuracy, links, product names, image quality, dimensions and export settings before release.\nCreative workflow and asset management\nOrganise completed project imagery, product assets and working files across the customer library and shared drives using clear naming and version control.\nManage several concurrent jobs, clarify priorities and communicate early when a brief, asset, approval or deadline is at risk.\nRespond constructively to feedback and make revisions quickly while preserving accuracy and design quality.\nPick up unplanned or time-sensitive design tasks that fall within the broader needs of the business.\nSuccessful candidates must have:\nAdvanced Adobe InDesign skills and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExperience creating multi-page catalogues, brochures, advertisements, specification sheets, and print-ready materials.\n\nProficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, including short-form social media content.\n\nStrong understanding of layout, typography, colour, image preparation, and print production.\n\nExperience designing and exporting assets for social media, EDMs, websites, and digital platforms.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, proofreading, file organisation, and version control.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to clarify briefs and requirements.\n\nExperience with After Effects, motion graphics, captions, or simple animations is an advantage.\n\nExperience in building products, architecture, construction, interiors, pools, landscaping, or home improvement is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with EDM platforms, website content workflows, shared asset libraries, and QR-code management.\n\nBasic photography, retouching, or content-capture skills are a plus.\n\nSomeone who can start as soon as possible.\nWork Arrangements:\nSchedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)\nWork Setup: Work From Home\nLocation: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City\nWhat's in it for YOU?\nAt Integrated OS, we create career opportunities where you can thrive, grow, and make an impact.\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits: Be rewarded for your expertise and dedication.\nCareer Growth & Development: Work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience.\nWork-Life Balance: Our innovative activities, open communication channels and commitment to incclusivity make everyday exciting and rewarding!\nCollaborative & Supportive Environment: Be part of a passionate team that values innovation and teamwork.\nYour seat awaits!
