What you'll do:
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, coordinate with stakeholders, and support daily administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Processing and managing Purchase Orders in accordance with established company procedures and policies.
- Overseeing daily inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, inventory control, and item movements.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and taking initiative to address operational challenges effectively.
- Maintaining professional and timely internal correspondence with relevant stakeholders.
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required, ensuring a high level of accuracy and minimal errors.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Successful candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree, College Degree in any discipline, or completion of Senior High School.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in inventory management, purchasing, customer service, or related administrative functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective email management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personality types.
- A flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and responsibilities.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
