And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations!\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing tender processes, preparing estimates, and computing costs using software tools. Your role includes effective communication within the team, resolving discrepancies, and presenting accurate estimates. Additionally, you contribute to project success by recording actual costs, preparing reports for management approval, and maintaining a reliable cost database.\nKey responsibilities for this role include:\nFollowing company processes to complete responsibilities correctly and efficiently.\nUsing clear and open communication within the team to assist with delivering work to the highest standards.\nManagement of tender/quote timeframes and due dates in line with the companys process.\nPreparing work to be by documents.\nIssuing tender/quote requests to subcontractors via Procore and/or email.\nReviewing and comparing tenders/quotes received from subcontractors.\nWriting scopes of works for trades so an accurate review of quote inclusions can be assessed.\nAssisting with creating new processes when required. Identifying labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents.\nComputing costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements using Planswift and/or approved software.\nResolving discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.\nPresenting prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.\nReviewing costs and recording actual costings post project completion.\nPreparation of cost reports for Operation and by summarising information from completed and accepted quotation.
