You'll help shape the quality of our reports by working closely with Analysts, Verification Specialists, and cross-functional teams to improve writing standards, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous quality improvement across the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nProofread and copyedit client-facing and internal reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to company standards.\nReview reports for factual consistency, formatting, and quality, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.\nAssess report writing quality and provide constructive feedback to Analysts and Verification Specialists.\nPrepare quality findings and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nConduct training and coaching sessions to enhance report writing skills across operational teams.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen reporting standards, quality processes, and best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in any discipline (Literature, Communication, English, or Language-related fields are an advantage).\nAt least 1 year of professional experience in copyediting, proofreading, content editing, or quality assurance.\nExcellent written English and Indonesian with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.\nStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify inconsistencies.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to provide constructive feedback and coaching.\nHighly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.\nDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.\nIf you meet these requirements and if you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!\nIntegrity Indonesia is an equal opportunity employer.\n***\nIntegrity Indonesia is a foreign investment company that has operated for 25 years in Indonesia.
