working closely with the team and business stakeholders, and helping shape how we build and maintain our systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nTake ownership of technical architecture for our multi-tenant ERP platform.\nMaintain and enhance our legacy .NET Framework 4.8 / C# case management application.\nSupport reliable integration between Java and .NET systems and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.\nDesign, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, testing, deployment, release, and rollback processes.\nWork hands-on with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, across both application and infrastructure environments.\nDevelop clean, efficient, well-tested code and automation tools.\nTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, and production issues and identify root causes.\nConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.\nHelp ensure applications and infrastructure follow appropriate security and compliance standards, including ISO 27001:2022 and OWASP practices.\nContribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical systems.\nEvaluate and recommend technologies based on technical and business requirements, including emerging areas such as AI/LLM, OCR, and SSO.\nParticipate in technical hiring, including interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding.\nWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.\nWho we need\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong professional experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.\nExperience designing or working with enterprise application architecture, ideally in a multi-tenant environment.\nExperience with .NET Framework 4.8 / C# and Java-.NET integration.\nStrong experience with SQL Server, including relational data modelling, query optimization, and safe bulk data operations.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, ACR, and Azure DevOps.\nGood working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, including deployment and rollback processes.\nFamiliarity with networking, DNS, and reverse proxy infrastructure.\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices, IAM/SSO, OWASP, and information security principles.\nExperience working with Git and Agile/Scrum teams.\nComfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing changing priorities and taking ownership of projects.\nAble to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with the
