In this role, you'll manage both on-premises and cloud environments, maintain critical systems and networks, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and help drive technology improvements that support our growing business.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, storage, and enterprise systems.\nAdminister core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, VPN, firewalls, and network infrastructure.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced technical support to ensure high availability.\nPerform system upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure maintenance.\nMaintain technical documentation, IT assets, and coordinate with technology vendors.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, including deployments, migrations, and technology enhancements.\nSupport ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives by implementing secure infrastructure and maintaining compliance.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve performance, security, automation, and operational efficiency.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar IT Infrastructure role.\nStrong experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, or similar), and cloud infrastructure.\nHands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backup solutions, and enterprise networking.\nSolid understanding of infrastructure security, system hardening, backup & disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.\nExperience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with ISO 27001, IT security best practices, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+/Network+, or CCNA are a plus.\nWilling to participate in scheduled maintenance and provide after-hours support when required.\nComfortable working under an initial 6-month employment contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.\nIf you meet these requirements and you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!\n* * *\nIntegrity Indonesia is a foreign investment company that has operated since 2001 in Indonesia and in other countries in Asia.
