Ensure the timely completion of said functions, and maintain a high standard of accuracy while performing them\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAttains revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions\nVerifies approvals on all invoices and check requests, purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments\nCodes invoices, issues stop payments, payments, and adjustment notes\nUpdates and maintains vendor database and keeps data backups with historical records\nReconciles bills and balance account vendor statements and maintains accounts payable files and records\nOther duties as assigned.
