Working with the Accounting Manager, accounting, and leadership teams at the corporate office along with clinic personnel to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for accounts payable\nGeneral Ledger accounting in a timely and accurate manner\nManage bank reconciliations accurately\nResolves and approves billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections, originating at the multiple sites\nResponsible for General Ledger and maintaining efficiently and accurately\nAssist in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring accounting controls. Assist with the budgets.\nWork with the Accounting Manager on forecasting and financial reporting accurately and timely.\nAnalyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to generally accepted accounting principles\nWorks with the Accounting Manager on appropriate fiscal strategies for the organization.\nDevelops systems for the maintenance of financial records, making use of current technologies.\nAssist Accounting Manager with business personal property renditions, Form 1099s, and other annual filings as needed\nParticipates in creating forms and manuals for the department.
