They are expected to integrate technical inputs, coordinate resolution of cross-functional issues, anticipate risks and dependencies, and contribute to engineering outcomes that extend beyond an individual team or subsystem.\nEngineers may support either System-of-Systems Integration (SoSI) or Ground Integration (GI) activities depending on individual experience, strengths, interests, and program needs. Work may span system-level, segment-level, element-level, or component-level engineering and will frequently require coordination across multiple technical organizations and engineering disciplines.\nCandidates are not expected to have experience in every technical area listed. Integrity is seeking senior engineers with demonstrated depth in one or more systems engineering disciplines who can integrate technical work across teams, influence engineering outcomes, and contribute to delivery of mission-critical capabilities supporting the warfighter.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline\n10+ years of relevant systems engineering, integration, verification, test, software, digital engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or related technical experience\nSignificant experience in systems engineering, integration, verification, test, software, digital engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or a related technical discipline\nDemonstrated experience owning and resolving complex technical problem spaces\nExperience integrating engineering activities across multiple teams, disciplines, or technical organizations\nStrong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, validation, configuration management, and technical risk management\nExperience developing, reviewing, integrating, or overseeing technical requirements, architectures, verification products, interface documentation, models, test artifacts, or other systems engineering products\nDemonstrated ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration issues and drive coordinated resolution\nExperience providing technical direction, coordination, or mentoring to other engineers without relying on formal supervisory authority\nAbility to communicate complex technical issues,
