continuous learning\nWhat should you bring along?\nExperience & Domain FocusAt least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally gained in a start-up or scale-up environment\nStrong B2B SaaS experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including product launches and sunsetting\nExperience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance is a strong advantage\nKnowledge of carbon accounting and emissions reporting frameworks, such as the GHG Protocol, CSRD, or Scope 1-3, is a plus\nTechnical/Methodolical SkillsStrong technical understanding and confidence in collaborating with Engineering on system architecture, data models, integrations, APIs, and technical trade-offs\nSolid analytical capabilities, including statistics fundamentals, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-informed decision-making\nExperience developing product requirements, conducting discovery, validating hypotheses, and measuring product outcomes\nPractical experience working with AI-native products, including agentic workflows, evaluations, golden examples, and governance documentation\nConfident daily use of AI-powered tools and collaborative development environments, including GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor, Claude, or comparable solutions\nWays of Working & MindsetStrong customer empathy and curiosity, combined with a pragmatic approach to solving problems efficiently\nHigh level of ownership, sound judgment, and confidence in making decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving environments\nAbility to prioritize
