Product StrategyShape the pillar roadmap together with your Product Lead and fellow Product Managers\nTranslate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and actionable scopes\nAdapt priorities as customer insights, regulatory developments, and commercial opportunities evolve\nCross-Functional DeliveryPartner closely with Sustainability Experts, Product Designers, and Engineering helps internal teams understand, communicate, and support your solutions\nEnable customers to successfully adopt your products and maximise the value they receive from them\nWhat should you bring along?\nExperience & Domain FocusAt least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally including experience in a start-up or scale-up environment\nProven B2B SaaS experience with ownership across the full product lifecycle, from launch through sunsetting\nStrong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into valuable product solutions\nExperience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance is a strong plus\nTechnical/Methodolical SkillsConfidence working with Engineering on feasibility, technical trade-offs, systems, data, and product quality\nStrong practical AI fluency, using AI regularly for activities such as research, drafting, analysis, and product development\nExperience working with tools such as GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor, Figma, and Lovable\nExperience defining agentic products and thinking through their product requirements and behaviour\nExperience creating governance fact sheets and designing evaluations for product testing and quality measurement\nStrong discovery skills across user research, prototyping, testing, prioritisation, and evidence-based decision-making\nWays of Working & MindsetHigh level of ownership and the confidence to drive your product area independently\nStrong customer empathy and curiosity, with a focus on finding the best solution and the fastest effective path to it\nComfort
