Large company perks…Small company feel!\nPosition Summary\nIntegrityM is seeking a Senior Tester to develop and maintain automated testing scripts supporting data analytics tools and technologies within a federal healthcare program. This position will focus on test automation development, data validation, and improving testing efficiency and reliability across analytical applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for data analytics tools and technologies.\nDevelop automated testing approaches for Python notebooks, SQL scripts, BusinessObjects reports, and AI-enabled applications.\nPerform automated data validation, regression testing, and defect analysis.\nCollaborate with developers and data analysts to resolve testing issues and improve test coverage.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive testing activities.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, test automation, data validation, or related technical quality assurance.\nDemonstrated experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.\nProficiency in Python or similar programming languages for test automation.\nStrong SQL skills, including experience validating queries, data transformations, and analytical outputs.\nExperience developing automated regression tests and troubleshooting testing failures.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience automating tests for Python notebooks, SQL scripts, BusinessObjects reports, or AI chatbots/assistants.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks such as pytest or comparable tools.\nFamiliarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data environments.\nExperience with Medicare, Medicaid, or federal healthcare data analytics programs.\nBenefits\nThis position is eligible for the benefits applicable to full-time regular employees, such as: vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance plan, 401(K) retirement plan, and educational benefits.\nU.S. remote annual salary range: $55,000-$75,000/annual\nFor candidates in jurisdictions requiring range disclosure, this is the good-faith range for this role; final pay may vary by work location and job-related factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
