Large company perks…Small company feel!\nPosition Summary\nThe Tester will support testing and quality assurance activities for data analytics tools and technologies within a federal healthcare program. The Testers will focus on manual testing, validating analytical outputs, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring tools and processes function as intended. Candidates may specialize in one or more technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute manual test cases for assigned data analytics tools and technologies.\nValidate analytical outputs, data accuracy, business rules, and functionality.\nIdentify, document, and track defects and testing results.\nPerform regression testing and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, data validation, quality assurance, or related technical testing.\nDemonstrated experience developing and executing manual test cases.\nExperience testing or validating at least one of the following:\nPython notebooks and analytical processes\nSQL scripts, queries, and database outputs\nBusinessObjects reports and analytical outputs\nAI chatbots, assistants, or AI-enabled applications\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims data.\nWorking knowledge of SQL or Python.\nFamiliarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms.\nExperience supporting federal healthcare programs.\nBenefits\nThis position is eligible for the benefits applicable to full-time regular employees, such as: vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance plan, 401(K) retirement plan, and educational benefits.\nU.S. remote annual salary range: $45,000-$65,000/annual\nFor candidates in jurisdictions requiring range disclosure, this is the good-faith range for this role; final pay may vary by work location and job-related factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
