Description:\nThe Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager - Facility & Infrastructure (F&I) in the client-side oversight of assigned Facility & Infrastructure scope areas, ensuring EPCM, the WWTPBOOT partner, contractors and suppliers deliver to the agreed scope, schedule, quality, safety and compliance requirements.\nThe Project Coordinator focuses on EPCM performance oversight, engineering and construction delivery monitoring, interface management, authority coordination, project controls, reporting and stakeholder coordination rather than acting as the Work Package Owner.\nThe Project Coordinator acts as the day-to-day coordinator across the assigned packages, overseeing EPCM’s progress, supporting issue resolution, identifying risks, maintaining action trackers and coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from engineering through construction, commissioning and turnover.\nScope areas include, but not limited to:\nCentral Utility Building (CUB)\nWaste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP/WWHP/WWB) – Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT)\nSpine Corridor\nExternal Piperack\nReporting Line:\nThe Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager - Facility &Infrastructure (F&I).\n\nGeneral/Typical Accountabilities \nConstruction Delivery Support\nSupport oversight of EPCM delivery, the WWTP BOOT partner and contractor execution activities across the assigned packages.\nMonitor alignment between engineering completion, procurement, construction need dates, commissioning and turnover requirements.\nMonitor construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.\nMonitor installation readiness and construction completion status.\nIdentify execution risks, delays and constraints requiring escalation.\nSupport recovery planning and follow-up of mitigation actions.\nCoordinate site activities and contractor interfaces.\nInterface Management\nCoordinate interfaces between EPCM, the WWTP BOOT partner, contractors, Operations, stakeholders and adjacent work packages.\nCoordinate interfaces between the CUB, Spine Corridor, External Pipe Rack and the utility users within the buildings.\nSupport management of tie-ins, utility connections and site integration activities.\nTrack and resolve interface issues, clashes and coordination gaps.\nFacilitate communication between stakeholders to support integrated project delivery.\nAuthority & Regulatory Coordination\nCoordinate authority inspections and close-out activities.\nTrack permit and approval readiness.\nMonitor readiness of statutory submissions and approvals.\nFollow up authority action items and closure requirements.\nSupport resolution of authority and compliance-related issues.\nProject Controls & Reporting\nTrack EPCM’s performance against the agreed package schedule and site need dates.\nMonitor design deliverable status, procurement readiness, construction progress and recovery actions across the assigned packages.\nHighlight gaps in engineering or construction deliverythat may affect critical project milestones.\nTrack milestone status and recovery actions.\nPrepare project dashboards and support packagereporting.\nCoordinate project meetings, issue minutes and trackactions.\nFollow up on open actions and escalate overdue items.\nSupport maintenance of package schedules, issue registers and action trackers.\nSupport preparation of weekly and monthly project reports.\nQuality Assurance, Inspection & Witness Coordination\nCoordinate and witness FAT, SAT, ITP, commissioning test packs and performance testing activities.\nMaintain quality and inspection tracking logs.\nCoordinate quality assurance interfaces between EPCM, WWTP BOOT partners, contractors and Client stakeholders.\nSupport verification of punch-list closure activities.\nEscalate systemic quality concerns, NCR trends and unresolved quality issues.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with EPCM, WWTP BOOT partners, contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure coordination to maintain clear ownership and timely closure of package actions.\nCoordinate package reviews, workshops and technical discussions.\nEscalate issues impacting safety, quality, compliance, schedule or operational readiness.\nSupport alignment across construction, commissioning and turnover activities.\nEssential:\nDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience coordinating construction, infrastructure, utilities or industrial projects.\nExperience supporting project delivery through construction, commissioning and turnover phases.\nUnderstanding of construction activities, contractor coordination and site execution processes.\nExperience coordinating interfaces between contractors, stakeholders, Operations and project teams.\nStrong project coordination, planning and follow-up skills, with the ability to track milestones, actions and recovery plans.\nExperience maintaining project trackers, dashboards, reports, meeting minutes and action registers.\nExperience supporting authority inspections, permit closure activities and regulatory coordination.\nAbility to interpret project schedules, engineering drawings, technical documents and construction deliverables.\nStrong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplinesand organisations.\nAbility to identify issues, drive follow-upactions and escalate risks affecting schedule, quality or project delivery.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, startup,turnover and operational readiness activities.\nWorking knowledge of project management systems including document control, action tracking and reporting tools.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across concurrent packages and stakeholders.\nDesirable\nExperience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, utilities or industrial facility projects.\nExperience working within EPCM project delivery environments.\nExperience supporting BOT/BOOT projects and managing interfaces between BOT/BOOT partners, contractors and Operations teams.\nExperience coordinating authority inspections, statutory submissions and regulatory approvals.\nExposure to utilities, wastewater treatment plants, central utility buildings,
