You will define architectural principles, drive integration strategies, and ensure that IT solutions support business objectives, security requirements, and long-term scalability.\nThe role combines strategic architectural planning with hands-on technical involvement, working closely with Enterprise IT, business stakeholders, Procurement, and external IT providers.\n\nArchitecture Lead – Strategy & Governance\nEnterprise Architecture & Roadmap: Define target architecture and develop IT roadmaps aligned with business needs, risks, and costs.\nArchitecture Governance: Establish and lead architecture reviews, governance processes, standards, and design principles.\nSystem Landscape Management: Map and maintain enterprise systems, ownership, dependencies, and integrations.\nArchitecture Optimization: Identify technical debt, overlapping systems, and opportunities for consolidation.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Support architectural decisions together with management, business functions, and external IT partners.\n\nTechnical & Solution Design\nSolution & Integration Architecture: Guide solution designs and integration strategies using APIs, event-driven integrations, and iPaaS platforms.\nData Architecture & Governance: Define standards for data modelling, master data management, classification, and ownership.\nEnterprise Applications: Evaluate and guide architectural decisions involving ERP, CRM, PLM, HR, and other SaaS platforms.\nCloud & Security Architecture: Support solutions involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, and zero-trust principles.\nSecurity & Compliance: Ensure architectural alignment with TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.\nAI & Emerging Technologies: Evaluate AI tools and agents to ensure architectural and security alignment.\n\nSolution Implementation Oversight\nArchitecture Reviews: Ensure new systems, integrations, and major changes follow architectural standards.\nIntegration & System Onboarding: Support implementation, vendor evaluations, and technical requirements for new systems.\nArchitecture Documentation: Maintain system diagrams, integration maps, architectural decision records (ADRs), and technical standards.\nTechnical Optimization: Drive improvements in system efficiency, integration quality, and technical debt reduction.\nVendor Collaboration: Work closely with outsourced infrastructure providers and technology partners.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n5–7 years of experience as an Enterprise, Solution, or Integration Architect.\nProven experience establishing enterprise architecture, governance, standards, and architecture review processes in growing organizations.\nStrong background in system integration, APIs, event-driven architecture, and iPaaS platforms.\nExperience in system landscape mapping, consolidation, data architecture, and governance.\nKnowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and HR systems.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, and cloud security.\nUnderstanding of TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.\nExperience working with outsourced IT infrastructure providers.\nFamiliarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, or similar frameworks.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and business-oriented decision-making skills.\nFluent English, written and spoken.\n\nMeritorious Qualifications:\nExperience from the automotive industry or other regulated technology environments.\nSwedish language skills.\n\nAssignment Details:\nLocation:
