In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational health, stability, and optimization of our substrate production lines. You will manage tasks ranging from standard daily operations to complex, nonstandard technical challenges. This position offers a clear path for professional development as you collaborate with engineers to push the boundaries of packaging technology.\nShift Information\nThis role operates on Shift 5: 6:00 AM - 6:18 PM on an alternating weekly schedule:\nSun-Tues and alternating Wednesday days\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollect and evaluate live operating data to make real-time adjustments, ensuring processes run at peak efficiency and quality.\nConduct tool setups, calibrations, and scheduled preventative maintenance; troubleshoot complex equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.\nCollaborate closely with Module Engineering to execute critical experiments, implement hardware/software configuration changes, and support data collection.\nManage the shift qualification pipeline by overseeing the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels, and keep technical training manuals updated with the latest procedures.\nMaintain a focus on safety by actively participating in shift safety forums and serving on the onsite Emergency Response Team (ERT).\nAs a Successful Candidate, You Will Bring:\nDemonstrates strong judgment to navigate tasks of varying complexity.\nPossesses a continuous learning mindset and is receptive to detailed technical guidance on new assignments while working autonomously within defined parameters.\nExhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train team members and partner with engineering teams.\nAre you ready to elevate your technical career and work with the industry's most advanced semiconductor technology? Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
