You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment setup, contributing to the success of manufacturing operations. As part of our team, you will be joining a dynamic group responsible for supporting high-performance manufacturing tools and processes, ensuring excellence in production and driving Intel's commitment to delivering quality products to the market.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to identify and resolve issues.\n- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment following layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.\n- Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to optimize tool performance.\n- Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve equipment reliability and address recurring issues.\n- Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement tool configurations, and collect data.\n- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment service and repairs as necessary.\n- Support engineering efforts by troubleshooting equipment issues through data analysis and controlled experimentation.\n- Assist with tool installations and conversions during factory ramps in alignment with design specifications.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications- Technical college diploma (3-year degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical Refrigeration, or a related technical field.\n- Demonstrated ability in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities through internships, coursework, or hands-on training.\n- English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level or higher.\n- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule (48 hours per week) and adapt to overtime as needed to meet business demands.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.\n- Commitment to maintaining high operational standards with a focus on career development.\n- Adaptability to changing schedules and a strong commitment to quality delivery.\n- Excited to grow professionally in a fast-paced and innovative environment.\nWe invite you to join Intel Corporation and contribute to our mission of advancing technology that enriches lives globally.
