The role is also responsible for tracking expenses, monitoring and flagging Food Panda customer complaints, preparing weekly complaint reports, and supporting overall administrative operations.\nKey duties and responsibilities:\nSource, propose, and book flights and accommodation\nCoordinate travel arrangements for team members, interns, new hires, guests, and executives \nTrack and monitor travel and accommodation expenses \nCoordinate and negotiate with accommodation providers, agents, and hosts regarding availability, rates, and booking terms.\nMonitor and flag Food Panda customer complaints flagged through email and prepare a weekly complaint report.\nEnsure accuracy of booking details, invoices, and supporting documents\nWHY INTELASSIST?\n We grow together.
