Patient Intake Coordinator (US Based Client)

Work Setup: Hybrid Set Up

Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila

Shift: Graveyard/Nightshift (Eastern time zone)

Job Summary:

This busy medical practice is looking for a highly-organized, outgoing and friendly person to serve as a Patient Intake Coordinator. Candidates must have a positive and professional demeanor and enjoy answering phones. This position is primarily responsible for answering a multi-line phone system and supporting the practices front desk staff. Over time this position will be trained to work at the front desk performing check-in/check-out and related duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Directing calls to front and back office staff as needed
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering patient questions
• Other duties as requested

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of medical office experience (US Healthcare)
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent patient relations and customer service skills
• Team player
• ECW experience is a plus.
• Working the fax inbox system during light call volume days.
